âś… Registration & Confirmation

  • Registration is not confirmed until payment is received and a team member has officially approved your participation.
  • Spaces are limited, so early registration and payment are strongly encouraged. Registration will close once capacity is reached.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

📦 Vendor Space & Setup

  • Each vendor will be provided with a 10Ă—10 outdoor space. ( weather permitting, if we move inside space will be reduced to 1 table)
  • Vendors must supply their own equipment, including tents, tables, and chairs.
  • Electricity will not be available—please plan accordingly.
  • Vendors must stay within the boundaries of their assigned 10Ă—10 space at all times to ensure safety and fairness for neighboring booths.

⏰ Event Timing & Participation

  • Vendors must be fully set up at least 15 minutes before the event begins.
  • All vendors are required to stay for the full duration of the event.
  • Booth teardown and vehicle loading are prohibited until the event has officially concluded.
