âś… Registration & Confirmation
- Registration is not confirmed until payment is received and a team member has officially approved your participation.
- Spaces are limited, so early registration and payment are strongly encouraged. Registration will close once capacity is reached.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
📦 Vendor Space & Setup
- Each vendor will be provided with a 10Ă—10 outdoor space. ( weather permitting, if we move inside space will be reduced to 1 table)
- Vendors must supply their own equipment, including tents, tables, and chairs.
- Electricity will not be available—please plan accordingly.
- Vendors must stay within the boundaries of their assigned 10Ă—10 space at all times to ensure safety and fairness for neighboring booths.
⏰ Event Timing & Participation
- Vendors must be fully set up at least 15 minutes before the event begins.
- All vendors are required to stay for the full duration of the event.
- Booth teardown and vehicle loading are prohibited until the event has officially concluded.
